Dr Niri Pandit, our Integrative doctor has had a life-long interest in holistic health. She graduated with classical homeopathy from India around 30 years ago. She has since then trained in a wide range of complementary medicine modalities, including Nutrition and Biopsychology. Her passion lead her to study medicine at the University of Sydney, followed by her Fellowship at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Niri believes in supporting her patient’s health choices and she draws on her diverse experience to provide the most holistic care that she can – especially in complex health conditions. She has a particular interest in the areas of palliative care, Women’s health, and Children’s health, as well as Biopsychology, which looks at the impact of stress hormones on the patient’s health. She often works with patients around issues like impact of supplements or herbs on regular medicines and is happy to coordinate with different specialists, naturopaths or other health care providers that patients need.
Dr STEPHEN OH GASTROENTEROLOGIST
Dr Stephen Oh is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist who specialises in the disorder of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. He is a consultant at Nepean Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital, Lakeview Private Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Campsie Day Surgery. Dr Oh completed his medical degree at University of New South Wales in 2004 and underwent medical training at Westmead Hospital, Royal North Shore and St.Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. He was admitted as a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2012. He then spent 2 years in the United States for an advanced endoscopy fellowship at Wake Forest Health, North Carolina and pancreatic cancer research fellowship at Virginia Mason Medical Center, Washington State, Seattle.
Dr Oh is highly skilled in gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic mucosal resection and capsule endoscopy. He has particular interests in EUS, pancreatobiliary disease and gastrointestinal cancer. He is a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australasia and American Gastroenterological Association. He has been actively involved in clinical research and published papers in the field of pancreatic cancer, EUS, general gastroenterology and hepatology.
Dr Oh is dedicated to delivering high quality patient care and effective communication with his patients.
