DR MARK CHARTERIS
Dr Mark Charteris is the principal doctor at RHFMP and has practiced medicine since 1986. Dr Charteris established the practice in 1988 and it has grown in response to the needs of the developing surrounding areas. He is vocationally registered and is also a senior associate clinical lecturer in general practice at Sydney University. He has a special interest in acute medicine. He takes a limited number of appointments but also sees patients on a drop-in basis. PRIVATE BILLING
DR SARAH CHAUDRY
Dr Chaudry joined the practice in 2001, having practiced medicine in the hospital system, and at another surgery since 1986. Dr Chaudry is vocationally registered, and is a Fellow and Examiner of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She sees patients on a drop in basis and also by appointment. DR NICOLE LEOTTA
Dr Nicole Leotta joined the practice in 2011. She has a special interest in women’s and children’s health. She is also available for specific contraceptive procedures such as Mirena and Implanon insertion and removal. PRIVATE BILLING
DR NIRZARI PANDIT
Dr Nirzari Pandit affectionately known as Niri, joined the practice in 2020. Having graduated with her MBBS at Sydney University, she believes in a holistic model of care supporting families achieve optimal health and is specially interested in Natural medicine, Women’s and Children’s health. DR LAURIE ZHONG
Dr Laurie Zhong joined our practice in 2020. She graduated in 2015 with honours. Her special interests are in women’s and children’s health, as well as chronic disease management. PRIVATE BILLING
DR CHATWIN LEE
Dr Chatwin joined the practice in 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor and Medicine and Surgery at the University of Western Sydney. He completed his internship and residency primarily in Westmead Hospital with rotations to Coffs Harbour, Auburn and Westmead Children’s Hospital.
Chatwin’s aim is to provide holistic care to all his patients with a focus on prevention medicine. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fish keeping as well as basketball. PRIVATE BILLING
DR CHARLES GEALE
Charles has broad interests across all the major domains of general practice and family medicine. He graduated from Wollongong University Medical School in 2018 and continued training as a junior doctor in South West Sydney. He has been in general practice since 2021.
Charles has a friendly and supportive approach to health care, and is happy to see all patients. DR NATHAN LEUNG
Dr Nathan Leung is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and offers consultations for all patients regardless of age or demographic.
He prides himself in offering comprehensive, detail oriented medical care, and focuses on the collaborative involvement of patients in their own health.
Outside of his general practice work, he also works regularly in the emergency department staying up to date with acute critical care, and is involved in the teaching of medical students at Macquarie University’s medical school.
Dr Leung enjoys all aspects of general practice, and has a particular interest in the recognition and treatment of skin cancer. He is currently undergoing training with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, and has been awarded his Certificate of Dermoscopy. In particular, he offers full skin checks and excision of skin cancers. PRIVATE BILLING
DR PATRICIA ALPHONSE
Dr Patricia Alphonse graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sydney, completing her training as a junior doctor in Westmead, Blacktown and Sydney Children’s Hospitals, working in various specialties including Cardiology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Renal Medicine, Geriatrics and General Paediatrics. She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program.
Dr Alphonse clinical interests include Women’s and Children’s health particularly Antenatal Care, Preventative Medicine, Cardiovascular Health, Mental Health and Chronic Disease Management. She genuinely cares for her patients and is committed to providing the best possible holistic and family-oriented care to her patients. PRIVATE BILLING
DR MARTA MATIC
Dr Marta is a GP registrar and completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2014 in Sydney, Australia. After completing internship and residency in her home state of Queensland, she proceeded to work as a Paediatric Registrar at the Gold Coast University Hospital, the Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, and Westmead Children’s hospital in Sydney. She has extensive Paediatric and Adult Emergency Medicine skills and completed further training and courses in interests such as the Diploma of Child Health and Advanced Paediatric Life Support. Dr Matic has a special interest in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Chronic Disease Management, Dermatology and Adolescent Mental Health. She is very passionate about holistic care and particularly supporting families in the post-natal period. She is currently completing her Lactation Consultant training.
Dr Marta is happily married and out of work will often be seen walking her Labrador or playing in the park with her young family. PRIVATE BILLING
DR ANTHONY GERGIS
Dr Gergis completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2019, before moving back to Sydney to undertake his internship and residency at Nepean Hospital.
Dr Gergis enjoys all aspects of General Practice, taking a caring, empathetic approach with his patients. Dr Gergis believes in partnering with patients and empowering them to take an active role in achieving their best health outcomes.
In his spare time, Dr Gergis enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his pet Labradoodle. He is an avid sporting fan, following the NBA, NFL and NRL. He enjoys fishing, good coffee and food. PRIVATE BILLING
DR AHMED DANYIAL
General Practice Registrar – Speaks English, and Urdu
Dr Ahmed got his MBBS in 2005. Since then he has been working across Australia in various metro, trauma, regional and remote hospitals in WA, NSW, Victoria and NT.
He has extensive experience in emergency medicine, critical care, aeromedical retrieval (RFDS), paediatrics and neonates.
Currently enjoying general practice with particular interests in Preventive health, Chronic disease management, Children’s health including babies, Mental health, Skin checks and Minor skin procedures and emergency presentations.
He is also fluent in Urdu/ Hindi languages.
In his free time, he mostly enjoys running, cycling and spending time with his family at the beach.

DR SHRUTI YARDI
Dr Shruti Yardi is a General Practice Registrar, and her clinical interests include preventative care/health promotion, children’s health, women’s health and palliative care.
Shruti obtained her medical science degree in 2014 and her medical degree in 2018 from Griffith University. She has worked as a junior doctor at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Balmain Hospital, Bathurst Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Blacktown Hospital and Mt Druitt Hospital. Shruti is passionate about teaching and has taught medical students from University of Sydney and Western Sydney University.
She has pursued research projects in paediatrics and cardiology and is published in the Journal of Paediatrics and Child Health and has given presentations at the Royal College of Physicians Congress and the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand. Shruti genuinely cares for her patients and is committed to providing the best possible healthcare.
In her spare time, Shruti enjoys bushwalking, trying out new restaurants and recording podcast. PRIVATE BILLING
Dr Aman Madan
Dr Aman Madan graduated from University of New South Wales in 2014, and since has undertaken advanced training in the hospital system, working in a range of medical and surgical specialties in several Sydney hospitals, including Royal North Shore, Concord, Nepean and Liverpool. He is passionate about holistic and preventative health, ensuring the best health outcomes for all.
He has a special interest, further qualifications, and experience in Skin Cancer. He underwent dedicated skin cancer training in Cairns, Far North Queensland (also known as the skin cancer capital of the world) learning the latest developments in skin cancer management working alongside prominent Skin Cancer College clinicians- Dr Vin Rajeswaran, Dr Phil Hayden and Dr Lars Schneider. He is passionate about early detection and treatment of skin cancer, which can prevent progression to serious cancer.
Other interests include diabetes, weight loss, and men’s health.
Outside of work, Dr Aman enjoys spending time with his young family, and is a huge dog lover, having two overly-confident Maltese Terriers. PRIVATE BILLING
DR RAYMOND PRASAD
Raymond originally joined the practice in 2021. After a break way from us, he has since furthered his skills in Mental Health in the public sector. Ray is now back as part of the RHFMP clinical team. He enjoys working in the Hills, growing up in the area for most of his life and has also decided to settle in the area with his wife and young children.
Prior to Ray pursuing medicine he worked as a hospital and community pharmacist. This has provided Ray with a strong interest in chronic disease management and pharmacology. Ray is looking forward to providing you with the highest standard of care by embracing current best practice and engaging you in your own health and wellbeing. He believes that good general practice can only be achieved by taking the time to listen to your concerns and needs, and by building a long-term relationship with you. Ray aims to provide the very best care; excellent service and his intention is to treat all patients with dignity and respect.
