This practice aims to provide the consistency and level of ethical care that we all grew up with. We are committed to providing comprehensive, continuous care to all individuals and families in this area. Patients can opt to be enrolled in recall services if they so choose. Reminder systems are used at this practice as a long term preventative approach towards each patient’s general health and well being. Occasionally de-identified data may be used or disclosed for medical research activities. If you would like to be excluded from this research, or from any recall and reminder systems please inform reception.
At Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice, we offer wide range of services including diving medicals, home visits, immunisations, men’s health, women’s health and diagnostic services.
Consultation Fees
Unfortunately Medicare benefits are no longer enough to sustain the costs of running our Medical practice. In order for us to facilitate our regular hours, we felt it necessary to supplement our fees.
As a result, we are now a privately billing practice.
- Pensioners, concession card holders and patients aged 16 and 17 years of age receive a reduced fee.
- Patients under 16 years of age will continue to be bulk billed during the week.
- On weekends we are a completely privately billed practice.
- For out-of-pocket fees, Medicare rebates will be processed for you at the time of consultation.

Our fee charged factors in the cost of providing you with comprehensive health care to the highest quality. Consultation fees vary depending on the time spent with the doctor and how complex the issues discussed are that are being addressed.
All privately billed patients must make payment at the time of consultation. This can be paid by either cash or credit/debit card.
Please see reception for a list of their fees. House calls with National Home Doctor Service are bulk billed for all patients.
