ROUSE HILL FAMILY MEDICAL PRACTICE

Care when it’s urgent but not an emergency

Receive value-based urgent care for non-life-threatening conditions without the need to visit an emergency department.

Our Urgent Care Service* (UCS) centre at Rouse Hill Family Medical Practice can be accessed by calling the Urgent Care Line on 1800 371 372 where a clinician will assess your needs, provide you with health information and advice, and book you into a UCS centre if appropriate.

The urgent care service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and can treat urgent conditions such as:

Minor Injuries

Mild illnesses

At this stage, our UCS centre cannot treat patients under 16 and over 65 years who require an infusion; patients undergoing chemotherapy; patients with cardiac/chest pain, severe abdominal pain and serious breathing difficulties; and patients with acute mental health diagnosis. If this is an emergency, please call 000.
