After Hours
The doctors we support subscribe to the National Home Doctor Service which is an after hours service that provides doctors to make home visits to our patients. Home visits with the National Home Doctor Service are fully bulk billed as per their own fee structures.
The number for the after hours service is 13SICK or 13 74 25
All progress notes from the home visit consultation are faxed to our surgery which we add to your medical file on your doctor’s behalf for ongoing review if necessary.
Emergency Information
For urgent matters that are considered an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance or present to the nearest Emergency Department.
The doctors consulting from the practice have priority appointments available same day as emergencies come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes you need help right away without having to rush to the ED.
