Our Fees
We are dedicated to providing high-quality medical care. Medicare rebates cover only a portion of our fees, therefore a gap payment applies to all consultations, including review appointments.
Payments: A card surcharge applies to EFTPOS, debit, and credit card payments made online or at reception. The surcharge varies depending on the card type and is automatically added at the time of payment.
Children <16: During the week we have SELECT doctors that bulk bill consultations.
DVA Gold Card: Patients enrolled in the CVC program will be bulk-billed for all consultations.
Weekend Fees: ALL consultations are private billed. (ALL AGES)
Missed Appointments: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a fee equal to the standard consultation cost.
Medicare & Telehealth Requirements: To be registered for MyMedicare, you must have attended at least two face-to-face appointments within the past 48 months. To remain eligible for telehealth services, at least one face-to-face consultation is required every 12 months.
