We are not testing at our surgery for the Coronavirus. There are specific private and government pathology services for this.

If you have been travelling and/or experiencing flu like symptoms, please call the surgery on 02 9679 1098 to receive information no whether you should self-isolate or where to get tested.

Please call before entering the surgery so as to protect patients and staff (especially our immune-compromised patients) from any potential exposure to Coronavirus. In order to continue to treat patients and serve the community, we kindly ask for your cooperation.

For any further enquiries or phone support, call the surgery from 8am to 7pm weekdays and 8am to 12pm Saturday, or call the Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080.

Telephone & Video Consultations
Government approves telephone & video consultations
The government has approved temporary MBS Telehealth items so as to allow GP’s to consult with our patients via telephone or video. If you are at risk for Coronavirus, you may be eligible to consult with a doctor via telephone. If you are considered a Vulnerable/isolated patient where one of the following applies:
  1. the person is diagnosed with COVID-19 virus but is not a patient of a hospital
  2. the person has been required to isolate themselves in quarantine in accordance with home isolation guidance issued by Australian Health Protection Principal Committee
  3. the person is considered more susceptible to the COVID-19 virus being a person who is:
    • at least 70 years old
    • at least 50 years old and is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent
    • is pregnant
    • is a parent of a child under 12 months
    • is already under treatment for chronic health conditions or is immune compromised
